This delicious salad is suitable for everyday use-for lunch or dinner,in spring,summer,autumn or winter. The vegetarians could eat the salad if they want. Ingredients: 500 gr potatoes
3 middle sized tomatoes
2 green and 1 red paprika
3 sour gherkins
1 lettuce
4 boiled eggs
Salt to taste
2 sour carrots
For the sauce:
1 boiled egg
250 gr mayonnaise
25 gr mustard
1 onion (middle sized ,if it is possible)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Method of preparation:
The first thing one should do is to wash the paprika ,remove the seedsand chop it finely.Place the chopped paprika into a nice bowl. Then wash the potatoes and boil them.When they are ready,peel them and cut them into slices. Place the potatoes into the boil and mix them with the paprika. Cut the sour gherkins and mix them with other ingredients in the bowl. The next thing you have to do is to wash the tomatoes,peel them and cut them into small slices. Add the tomatoes to the ready ingredients. Wash the lettuce and chop it finely.Place it into the boil. It is time to salt to taste.
It is time to prepare the sauce. Peel the onion and grate it. The next thing you have to do is to grate the previously boiled egg and mix it with the onion. After that you have to add the mayonnaise,the mustard and the lemon juice. Pour the sause onto the salad and then stir well. So your salad is ready and you should think how to decorate it. You can use the eggs and the sour carrots for the decoration. You can cut them into slices or cubes,or in a shape you wish.
